Understanding and Addressing Burnout: The Role of People Leaders

Due to the challenges associated with COVID19, burnout, exhaustion, and work-life balance are areas of concern that should be monitored closely. We will discuss what we’re seeing at Capital One in regards to burnout, how research can help solve the problem of burnout, and what we’re doing as a company to decrease burnout. Additionally, we will discuss what people leaders can do to reduce burnout.
